Options and Trees
These examples show how to fix the options for components. In addition to the definition within a fixed form description with internationalized labels options may also be generated by calculators.
However the most powerful tools are, the
OptionListFactory and the
TreeFactory with their
TreeNodeFactory. Instead of a simple option with
value and label both offer the opportunity to create an
extended option. Derivations of the
ExtendedOption offer various other fields. Some
renderers are able to present this additional information in
a specific way.
