The FormEngine is available as an open use license. That means that the source code of the FormEngine kernel is not available but all interfaces are externalized, so you can use every feature of the FormEngine and you can extend it as you want.

• FormEngine in non commercial use
  You can use the FormEngine for non commercial purpose free of charge. There are no restrictions.
• FormEngine in a commercial environment
  For commercial use (e.g. forms on company sites, integration of the FormEngine in other software products etc.) you have to close a support contract. The agreement may vary depending on your demand and your project size.
